When you purchase or register in our online shop, we collect only the necessary personal data that we need to process your order and deliver your products successfully:

  • Buyer's contact details: name, email address and phone number.

  • Address details for delivery: the street address, house number, post code, place and country of delivery of the products ordered.

  • Order details: the products ordered, the payment method chosen, the delivery method and any comments the customer may have made at the time of ordering.

You provide this information voluntarily when you place your order and without it, the purchase cannot be completed. Credit cards or bank accounts not stored on our servers - card payment data is processed directly through the secure payment gateways of the card payment service provider, so we do not have access to the card number.

Purpose and use of personal data

We use the personal data collected solely for the following purposes:

  • Order processing and delivery: We use your personal data to confirm your order, invoice, package and deliver the products to your address. For successful delivery, we will provide your name, surname, delivery address, telephone number and email address to the delivery service you have chosen (Post of Slovenia or GLS courier) so that they can notify you of the delivery and successfully deliver the package.

  • Communication with customers: We may use your contact details to communicate with you about your order (e.g. to provide you with notifications about the status of your order or to resolve any problems or questions you may have about your order). If you have given us your explicit consent, we may also occasionally notify you about new products, special offers or promotions in our shop - you will receive such e-notifications to the e-mail address you have provided and you can unsubscribe from receiving them at any time.

  • Statistical analysis of website traffic: We anonymously monitor visits and usage to improve the performance of the website. We use a tool Independent Analytics for visit analytics, which does not use cookies and does not store personally identifiable information, and visit data are not transmitted to external servers. This means that the analytics tool records basic information about your visit (e.g. number of visitors, pages viewed) without collecting or sharing your personal data. Where data is processed by contractors (e.g. delivery services, payment providers), we require the same standards of data protection and confidentiality from them.

We keep personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected or in accordance with legal retention obligations. We are obliged to keep data on invoices issued for 10 years from the date of issue (in accordance with tax law) and we generally keep data on your orders for 5 years from the date of fulfilment of the order, unless there is a dispute in relation to the order (in which case the retention may last until the dispute is finally settled). Data collected on the basis of consent (e.g. for the purpose of newsletter notifications) is kept until the consent is withdrawn.
