Od vsega za\u010detka nas vodi na\u010delo spo\u0161tljivega ravnanja z naravo. Kmetijo je Kupil Franc Novak, od nem\u0161ke dru\u017eine Mayer, ki so bili na tej kmetiji prisotni \u0161e pred \u010dasom Marije Terezije. \u017de od samega za\u010detka nas vodi skupno dru\u017einsko delo, spo\u0161tovanje do narave ter hrane, ki je bila za nas \u017ee od vedno zelo cenjena dobrina. Kmetija je pre\u017eivela razli\u010dne cesarje, dr\u017eave, politi\u010dne sisteme, su\u0161na, mrzla, vro\u010da obdobja, bolezni in tegobe. In kljub tegobam se je na na\u0161i kmetiji veliko delalo, pelo, molilo, smejalo ter radostilo. In ves ta \u010das je kmetija pre\u017eivela ker je v njej vladalo geslo: \u00bb <em>\u010ce bo Bog dal, bo \u017ee \u0161lo<\/em>\u00ab. In o\u010ditno je dal, saj je ta na\u0161a strast do gozdnih jagod dokaz, da je \u0161lo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element pri nas avtohtona, in je \u017ee sama po sebi prilagojena na hude alpske zime, vro\u010da poletja, apnen\u010dasta in strma tla&#8230;<\/p><p>Ko sem \u0161e kot otrok to<br \/>premi\u0161ljeval sem se sprehajal po gozdu in iskal avtohtone rastline, ki so se preko evolucije \u017ee popolnoma prilagodile na na\u0161o alpsko klimo.<\/p><p>In ravno ko sem to sredi gozda premleval, me je iznenada iz misli prebudil ne\u017een in sladek vonj po ne\u010dem nebe\u0161kem.
